On July 23, a Route 204 air conditioned bus became stuck at the Ratchaprarop Road crossing after traffic ahead halted unexpectedly.

According to GPS records reviewed by the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA), the bus was proceeding normally when it reached the crossing, only to be caught off guard as traffic came to a sudden standstill.
